There is transformation in collaboration. At times a leader needs to reach beyond their organisation to find the skills they require. I have seen the positive results of this practice, maintain and enhance the health and growth of many Churches, ministries and teams.
Mark Stevens is known as one of the UK’s leading exponents of praise and worship. Mark has a passion to see people rise up and live out their best life!
After a life changing encounter with Christ in 1996, which freed him from a life of brokenness and addiction, Mark began to serve and lead worship at Hillsong Church in Sydney Australia. Mark then moved and settled in the UK in 2000 where he married Bethan. He then worked for 11 years as Worship Pastor and Creative Director at Abundant Life Church (now Life Church) in Bradford England.
Mark then launched out as a Creative Consultant, travelling extensively, bringing his experience of Worship Leading, Communication and Team Building to churches and ministries across the UK, USA & Europe.
In November 2017 until the end of 2022 Mark & his wife Bethan had the opportunity to pioneer Rise Church and over a 6 year season saw many lives impacted in the local community of Leeds, UK.
Towards the end of 2022 Mark’s passion to work creatively with churches and organisations fuelled his recent change in direction. His focus for 2024 is to galvanise teams to reimagine, reengineer and relaunch their work to better serve their vision. In a fast paced, disruptive and changing world, he believes the church needs to find fresh ways to impact the world.
Mark also continues to lead worship, write songs and loves to communicate the timeless principals of Gods Word.
Mark & Beth live in Bradford England and have two beautiful children, Jonah and Sienna.
