Each package will be delivered within a one month period.

Focussed Mentorship, Team development & Resource Guidance
- 30min consultation (online)
- 1x one to one mentorship arrangement for a team member (90mins per month)
- 1 X monthly zoom session (90mins)
- 1 x recommended resource/month
Built for growing teams who want strategic input deeper coaching and in person connection. Combines remote and in person development, with broader mentoring access & community tools

- 1x in person staff training day (location dependant)
- 1 x 90mins online session

- Access to exclusive platform, including community spaces & recommended resources
